YOU WILL NEED
1,5 oz. Ungava gin
1 oz. green tea syrup*
0,5 oz. lime juice
Combine the gin, syrup and lime juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake for a few seconds and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Top up with soda water and garnish with basil.
*For Green Tea Syrup
Infuse 3 green tea bags in 1L of boiling water for 15 min. Remove the tea bags and bring to a boil. Add 1kg of sugar. Remove from heat and stir. Let it cool down before further use.
