Ungava Cider Sour

YOU WILL NEED

45 ml (1.5 oz) Ungava gin

30 ml (1 oz) Domaine Pinnacle ice cider

15 ml (0.5 oz) lime juice

1 egg white

Ice cubes


Dry-shake egg white in Boston shaker.

All all the liquid ingredients and a scoop of ice.

Shake vigorously.

Finely strain over a chilled glass.
