Summer Sparkle


45 ml (1.5 oz) Ungava Gin
2-3 dashes of Almond Syrup (Orgeat)
90-120 ml (3-4 oz) Grapefruit Soda
Slice of Grapefruit
Maraschino Cherry
Ice Cubes

Place the maraschino cherry in a tall glass filled to 2/3 of ice.

Add the orgeat syrup and the Ungava gin.

Stir gently using a mixing spoon.

Top with grapefruit soda.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
